During my assignments at Worldline and then Davidson Canada, I had the opportunity to work on various projects for clients as diverse as Bell, the City of Paris, and Ile-de-France Mobilité, which allowed me to broaden my technical (development, hosting, operations) and organizational (project management, Agile methodologies) skills

Responsibilities:
  • The Development Studio of Davidson Canada responds to Quebec’s tenders in order to provide Davidson Canada’s clients with products that meet their strategic needs. The goal is to select tenders in line with Davidson Canada’s skills, coordinate teams in terms of writing the proposed solutions, and provide technical and functional support to the proposed solutions.
  • Analyze the feasibility of each tender submitted on dedicated platforms on a daily basis.
  • Positioning on tenders in line with Davidson Canada’s skills.
  • Distribution of tasks to be performed among the members of the team dedicated to tenders.
  • Writing of technical and functional supports containing the presentation of the company, Davidson Canada’s references, the methodology used for the implementation of the mandate, the technical solution and the various price schedules.

Responsibilities:
  • SmartPath is an internal application at Bell, used by thousands of agents across Canada, which provides support and tracking of customer requests. Its main objective is to optimize the assignment of queries by assigning them to agents with the required skills. In addition, the application helps agents communicate with customers by providing them with predefined email templates. SmartPath thus facilitates the effective management of customer requests by allowing targeted assignment and simplifying communication with customers via adapted email templates.
  • Analyze and evaluate customer needs, diagnose problems and establish documented recommendations for prioritization and planning of requests
  • Perform inspection and adaptation of needs, follow indicators for tool improvement in collaboration with all stakeholders,
  • Coordinate resources and means allocated to the project, follow timelines and budgets according to priorities, and ensure compliance with the schedule and quality standards,
  • Write test notebooks, perform functional tests, and participate in quality control with test teams,

Project Manager: European Standards DSP2

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and support to European Banking organizations for the deployment of a compliance tool following the new rules imposed by the European Union DSP2 (Directive on Payment Services 2) to secure online payments. Team of 20 people. The project having a European scale, all exchanges and all documentation is done in English.
  • Writing specifications and integration through the confluence tool
  • Extract Swagger type information for insertion on a Drupal interface, proceed to the Dockerization of services, and go online taking into account documented recommendations and business processes
  • Follow the integration and then put into production the services developed in Java SpringBoot via continuous integration tools such as GitLab CI
  • Exploitation of services directly thanks to logs from machines or indicators via Kibana
  • Improve the different methodological processes, characterized by the implementation of Jira performance indicators or via Agile ceremonies (retrospectives, etc.), and guide the development teams in their analyzes
  • Provide technical support to European banks through the establishment of regular follow-up points, with presentations of tools, tutorials and answers to questions, and train internal customers on new functionalities and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Development of the Lazard bank’s mobile application.
  • Analyze and estimate the workload
  • Design the project architecture, taking into account the volume of application use estimated by the bank during the pre-sales phase
  • Write technical specifications under Confluence, including sequence diagrams under Plant UML, to document the features and applications of the project in detail
  • Break down tasks into Jira stories, for their realization within the framework of the IT project portfolio, while documenting business processes for their automation
  • Coordinate and animate steering committees with the bank, using the organization’s project management templates (project charter, progress reports, plan)
  • Technical support for the validation phases of standards during security audits

  • Present the project and its functional characteristics, following the tender won by Worldline, to the managers of the SNCF and public transport in the city of Paris
  • Calculate and follow the costs of projects, organize in team the creation of a Story Map to prioritize tasks
  • Write specifications in partnership with Worldline software Architects and various service providers, using the Confluence tool
  • Follow the realization of an industrialized test and integration bench of the solution, including the development of test benches in Node.js and the implementation of continuous integration tools such as Gitlab-Ci or Jenkins
  • Prepare development sprints and various Agile ceremonies for a project divided into several sprints
